Payment Plan
Corpo Bene is pleased to introduce a new option for our patients who may not have health insurance coverage or have health insurance with a prohibitive payment structure (high deductible or co-pays). The Corpo Bene Payment fee schedule is structured to make Therapy services affordable and immediately available to everyone, regardless of insurance coverage.
How it Works
The Payment Plan is available to any payer (individual, employer, private insurer, government body) who pays 50% of the evaluation fee at the time of service and makes regular payments monthly for the remainder of the service with no documentation, coding, or billing requirements.
• Monthly payments are automatically made thru a credit card transaction (a receipt of the transaction is sent via email each month).
• The current prices are $145.00 for a regular visit and $275.00 for a comprehensive evaluation. We encourage all to use these prices.
